"A people united can never be defeated"

Advocate Rod Solomons, Convener, SA First Forum says the turnout of today's anti Zuma protests exceeded his expectations. Solomons had initially expected 8000 people to march and is pleasantly surprised that more turned up.

Solomons extends his gratitude to the small group of organisers and Cape Townians at large.

Advocate Rod Solomons, Convener, SA First Forum

I think the key now is to obliviously manage expectations. The President and his cronies are not going to take this lying down. And people can't expect that they are going to step down immediately.

Advocate Rod Solomons, Convener, SA First Forum

Solomons says he now wants to focus on building the capacity that will enable people to hold their leaders accountable.

A people united can never be divided, a people united can never be defeated.
