Workplace bathroom anxiety is a thing and the office loo can be a pretty awkward space to navigate, especially when your bowels need to be emptied.
Presenter Eusebius McKaiser opened up about the fear he faces when using the office toilet and his extreme efforts to avoid co-workers.
Number one or number two? Many listeners phoned in to testify and share their own experiences of uncomfortable encounters with colleagues in the loo.
Below are some of the calls and tweets:
I find myself hanging on for a little bit longer until the person washes their hands and leaves. You'll find women in the bathroom keep talking and talking!— Khanya, caller
I even sneak out, as if I've done something wrong. I can't!— Judy, caller
I'm so awkward about it that I go to the bathroom on a different floor to where my company is at. I don't want anyone to recognise me, even if I've done nothing wrong I still sit and wait.— Dumi, caller
I have a fear of using the public toilets, even at work. If I need to go, I get into the car and just drive home to do what I need to do. Luckily I live 10 minutes away.— Siphiwe, caller
