President Zuma praises work done at Westonaria Agri-Park

President Jacob Zuma visited Westonaria Agri-Park on Tuesday where he delivered a keynote address. EWN reporter, Masego Rahlaga was there.

Rahlaga says the President visited Westonaria Agri-Park to see how far government has come with its plan to create about 89 000 jobs by 2019.

Basically today was more about a happy story with government telling the President that things are on track, the youth is employed and more jobs are being made.

Masego Rahlaga, EWN reporter

Rahlaga says before giving his address, the President visited a plantation in the area, which has created jobs for the people of Mogale City.

When the President walked in, there was a lot of chanting of his name, there was a lot of singing about him staying on as President.

Masego Rahlaga, EWN reporter

Rahlaga says the President's address was short and asked for the recognition of black farmers.
