Is online ticketing site Viagogo a scam?

A distressed caller says her daughter paid R3 500 for a ticket that only costs R1 300 when she bought it via online booking site Viagogo.

She explains that there were no details why her daughter was charged more than double.

When you go back to the site, there is nowhere you can contact them.

I can see that people are being scammed. It's a site on top of the Google when you go in.
