Triple murder accused Henri van Breda pleads not guilty.

Triple murder accused Henri van Breda appeared in the Western Cape High Court on Monday. Van Breda is accused of killing his parents and older brother and faces charges of attempted murder for severely injuring his sister.

EWN reporter Giovanna Gerbi, says the trial seems to be moving quite quickly. She says the proposal for the live streaming of the court proceedings, News24 will be dealt with as a separate matter.

There were cameras in court. Judge Desai barred them when the first witness was called to the stand. The first witness was sergeant Adrian Kleynhans, who was the first policeman to arrive at the van Breda home.
