[Cartoon] Whatsupp with Berning?

Berning Ntlemeza reported for duty on Monday morning, despite the Pretoria High Court order that his appointment had been set aside.

Ntlemeza allegedly barged into a management meeting on Monday morning and ordered the head of supply chain management to give him a state vehicle.

Police Minister Fikile Mbalula instructed Ntlemeza to return the state vehicle and a Hawks-issued cellphone.
