702 opens Walk the Talk entries, welcomes new sponsor MTN SA

Entries for the 2017 702 Walk the Talk have officially opened, and the event promises to be better than ever with a new sponsor, MTN South Africa.

The MTN Walk the Talk with 702 event will cater for walkers of all fitness levels and abilities.

There’s a 15km walk which winds through some of Joburg’s iconic landmarks, an 8km walk which goes through the leafy suburbs around Emmarentia, and a 5km walk which attracts a lot of families walking with kids, prams, grans and gramps - even the family dog!

MTN South Africa corporate affairs executive, Graham de Vries, says Walk The Talk fits perfectly into MTN's strategic objectives to offer the best services to the communities they serve.

It's really about MTN bringing families and communities together, keeping them connected and getting them to talk, utilising our technology and network. It's such a natural fit for us. We are really excited to be part of this.
