This week Ray White (in for Whitfield) interviewed Wayne Duvenage, Chairperson at the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA).
Duvenhage is famed for his metamorphoses from corporate CEO into a civil activist, putting all his energy and resources into fighting etolls.
He has since broadened the campaign to include the fight for the efficient use of tax revenues by Government.
