Three days of national mourning for 113 Ethiopian landslide victims

Ethiopia has begun a three day national mourning period for victims of a tragic landslide at a rubbish landfill site in the capital Addis Ababa.

The landslide resulted in a recorded 113 fatalities.

Crystal Orderson, Southern Africa Editor of the Africa Report says people who lived at the dumpsite are being removed.

According to Orderson, funeral arrangements for the victims are underway.

Oderson also reports on the South Sudanese conflict and famine.
