The Afternoon Drive host says the concern surrounding Molefe's return is not about his competency or labour rights.
The issue is that Molefe has yet to clear his name after the controversy of the state capture report, she explains.
Molefe didn't just resign from Eskom. It was in the context of a damning Public Protector report and him subsequently saying that he wants to resign in the interest of good governance and him clearing his name.
