Council for the Advancement for the South African Constitution's Lawson Naidoo says given the amount of information out in the public, there is a huge amount for the Eskom board to account for.
The Public Enterprises portfolio committee has announced an inquiry into the re-appointment of Brian Molefe as Chief Executive Officer.
He says the current board has lost its legitimacy.
