Justice Mandisa Maya wants to pave the way for more women in top judiciary posts

Justice Mandisa Maya is the first woman to be appointed to the highest office at the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) since the establishment of the court in 1910.

Maya says her appointment is very crucial for the representation of women, far beyond South Africa's justice system.
