Got the sniffles? How to tell if it's a cold or an allergy

It can be hard to distinguish between a common cold and allergies around this time of the year.

Colds and fluids often mimic house dust mites allergies which are very common as we head into the winter, explains allergy consultant Dr Adrian Morris.

Dr Morris explored the common symptoms between the two, as well as the causes and characteristics that set them apart.

He also spoke about how to protect the immune system and avoid sickness all together.
