Zuma will soon know his fate after #CabinetReshuffle appeal case

Last month, opposition party, the Democratic Alliance (DA) filed an urgent application to compel Zuma to disclose his reasons for the reshuffle.

Nicolaides says Zuma's legal representative, Ishmael Semenya argues that the judge amended Rule 53 in order to allow an executive decision to be brought on review.

Judge Vally had earlier instructed Zuma to dispatch records or any reports including the so-called intelligence report which led to the Cabinet reshuffle as alleged by the DA.
