Moore says people should look for a fair amount of carbohydrates and fibre in their cereal because the carbs will stabilize the blood sugar.
She recommends oats and eggs as a healthier choice for breakfast. Research has found that people who eat eggs for breakfast end up eating less calories for the rest of the day, says Moore.
