Jacqui 'O Sullivan, Telkom spokesperson, talks about how demographics in South Africa show that people are still keen to look up a number instead of using data to look something up.

She says Telkom uses a strict recycling policy, where every tree used for printing is replaced, thereby generating carbon credits.

We've cut our production by 50 000 and print 45 000. We also spent R9 million in local areas creating seasonal employment for drivers.
