Zambia's opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema was moved from a prison in Lusaka to a maximum security jail outside the capital on Friday.
Hichilema is facing treason charges.
He was arrested in April for allegedly failing to give way to President Edgar Lungu's motorcade.
