No clarity why Zambian opposition leader was moved to maximum security prison

Zambia's opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema was moved from a prison in Lusaka to a maximum security jail outside the capital on Friday.

Hichilema is facing treason charges.

He was arrested in April for allegedly failing to give way to President Edgar Lungu's motorcade.

Crystal Orderson shared details on this and other stories making headlines across the continent.

He celebrated his birthday at the notorious maximum prison facility in Kabwe, which is about 150km outside the capital Lusaka.
