How Duncan Baloyi benefited from the EOH Youth Job Creation challenge

In 2012, EOH pioneered the Youth Job Creation Initiative that saw it taking over 600 learners and graduate interns into its business and providing them with work skills.

EOH's objective is to create 100 000 jobs by the year 2020, through the EOH Youth Job Creation Challenge.

Duncan Baloyi is the Junior Administrator at EOH's Workplace Learning Department.

It has helped me to build confidence, and to see change for a company like EOH, and to help youth get a foot in the door.
