Implementation should be part of designing ANC policy, says analyst

The ANC needs to ensure that implementation is integral in the policy-design process, says political analyst Prof Lorenzo Fioramonti.

Implementation is not something that comes after devising a policy... It should be seen as part and parcel of designing a policy.
