The meeting between foreign ministers from the four countries, Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates is currently underway in Cairo.
These are the countries that imposed sanctions on Qatar about a month ago. They gave Qatar a list of 13 demands and a dead line of Monday 3 July, which Qatar did not meet.
These countries are accusing Qatar of having of links to terrorism.
EWN Correspondent, Paula Slier, says that Qatar has finally responded after it was given a 48 hour extension but it is currently not clear if any of the demands on the list were met.
