General Secretary of SA Federation of Trade unions, Zwelinzima Vavi says if the current state of the ANC doesn't take a positive turn, he will not be voting for the organisation come 2019.
He says he would not be able to sleep peacefully at night.
Because voting for the ANC would be effectively endorsing Jacob Zuma nefarious activities together with the Guptas. It will be saying it is ok to destroy trade unions, the ANC itself and dismantle state own enterprises and steal from them.— Zwelinzima Vavi, General Secretary of SA Federation of Trade unions
It will be saying it is ok that 9.3 million South Africans are unemployed and that SA has become unequal country in the world with 52% of its population living in poverty... it will be endorsing the Gupta take over.— Zwelinzima Vavi, General Secretary of SA Federation of Trade unions
Vavi urges South Africans not to lose hope and keep on fighting to have Zuma removed. He says South Africans should ask the ANC to make a choice, is it going to be Jacob Zuma or South Africa.
According to Vavi, Numsa did not breakaway from the ANC but was dismissed because they were standing up against the ANC.
Numsa stood up and said this direction is taking us to hell and this President must resign..— Zwelinzima Vavi, General Secretary of SA Federation of Trade unions
The President and the general secretary of the SACP - who is finding his conscious again - organised that we must be kicked out of the federation. We were kicked out for speaking the truth.— Zwelinzima Vavi, General Secretary of SA Federation of Trade unions
