SA expats to picket outside Bell Pottinger's UK offices

While a decision on whether Bell Pottinger is to face a hearing over work it did for the Guptas is still being mulled over by the Public Relations and Communications Association in Britain, South Africans are planning to protest outside its offices in London.

The UK agency is accused of stirring racial tensions in South Africa.

Stephen Grootes spoke to UK Eyewitness News correspondent, Alex Eliseev.

Eliseev says its expected to be a fairly small and peaceful picket.

I think it is a message of defiance. It is a message that there has got to be more information that comes forward and an apology that has been issued is simply not enough.

Alex Eliseev, UK correspondent

I think this picket is the first real sign of something happening on this soil that is going to be looking at the issue in a different way than just articles that go into the mainstream news.

Alex Eliseev, UK correspondent
