Outa lays treason charges against Minister Faith Muthambi

Outa claims that Minister of CommunicationsFaith Muthambi deliberately shared three confidential Cabinet memoranda, through emails with Tony Gupta, Duduzane Zuma and Sahara’s CEO Ashu Chawla.

Dominique Msibi, Portfolio Director for special projects at Outa says the organisation is laying charges of treason against her.

Outa is convinced of the veracity of the claims and has had forensic IT specialists verifying the authenticity of those emails.

Outa would not have gone this route in laying as serious a charge as treason against the minister.

She says for treason charges to be laid someone needs to have compromised the State.
