Glacier reveals bodies of Swiss couple missing for 75 years

The bodies of a couple believed to have gone missing 75 years ago have been found in a shrinking glacier.

Swiss couple Marcelin and Francine Dumoulin, went missing after tending to their cows in the Alps in 1942.

It's thought that they may have fallen into a crevice.

DNA tests are yet to be conducted on the two frozen bodies, but authorities are confident that they are the Swiss couple.

The bodies were found by a worker from a ski-lift company, and were dressed in war time clothing.

UK correspondent Adam Gilchrist has more on the story.
