Minister of Police, Fikile Mbalula and member of the African National Congress (ANC) says he will vote for his party in the motion of no confidence against, President Jacob Zuma. He says the ANC has collectively decided to not vote itself out of power.
The ANC is not monolithic, adds Mbalula.

Mbalula says if Zuma's fingerprints are all over the state capture, then the law must take its course.
