Joburg City: Billing crisis soon to be a thing of the past

The City of Joburg MMC for Finance, Rabelani Dagada, says the extent of the billing crisis in the City was underestimated when the Democratic Alliance administration took office.

He says they expect to resolve all queries older than 90 days by the end of August. A dedicated team is in place to deal specifically with these queries as swiftly as possible, says Dagada.

The previous administration never used the term crisis but now that we are in office we realised its a crisis.
