Conservationist Dr Kelly Marnewick says there are still a lot of concerns on the checks and balances of the auction, particularity when it comes to the horns staying in the country.

Dr Kelly Marnewick, Carnivore Conservation Programme Manager at Endangered Wildlife

Marnewick says another issue they have are the report that some of the horns may not be be properly tagged in an electronic bank, so they may not be viable for auction.
