Duduzane Zuma central in state capture project – analyst

Duduzane Zuma’s letter to former finance minister Pravin Gordhan is not surprising since President Jacob Zuma’s son is a central figure in state capture, political analyst Karima Bown says.

This is not the first time Duduzane has written an open letter to Gordhan.

In the document, he calls for transparency from former finance minister.

Duduzane Zuma is a central figure in the state capture project in South Africa.

He [Duduzane] is the person who is in the room with Ajay Gupta and with Fana Hlongwane, making the bride offer to [former deputy finance minister] Mcebisi Jonas. He is also allegedly the person who tried to lean on Ngoako Ramatlhodi, the former minerals minister.

Karima Brown, political analyst

Duduzane Zuma is, in fact, very central to the efforts to those aligned to the Guptas and to the president, that have syphoned off according to some academics close to R100 billion.
