Duduzane Zuma claims he's likable
President Jacob Zuma's son Duduzane has spoken exclusively to the BBC about his affiliations to the Gupta family.
Duduzane in the interview says he is likable and his relationship with the Guptas has nothing to do with who his father is.
What an astounding interview. Duduzane Zuma displaying absolute arrogance in my view, not taking responsibility for anything and of course, just dismissing all questions put to him.Karima Brown, Political analyst
Brown goes on to say Duduzane called former deputy finance minister Mcebisi Jonas a liar.
The analyst added she was left disappointed with the interviewer, for failing to follow up with a question, on why a meeting between Jonas and the Guptas took place to begin with.
As far I'm concerned, Duduzane Zuma failed to convince me that he is innocent.Karima Brown, Political analyst
What was disturbing is how confident he was that law enforcement would never go after him, Brown said.
President Jacob Zuma meanwhile appeared in Parliament on Thursday to answer questions from opposition parties.
Duduzane's father lost his cool yesterday when the leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters confronted him in Parliament, when he said to him, "this is not your House".Karima Brown, Political analyst
The mask slipped yesterday, reports Brown.
She says Zuma is good at managing conflict but appeared a bit vulnerable in the National Assembly on Thursday.
