OPINION: Statement on Kenny Kunene’s hilarious ‘hit movie’

The Collins Chabane ANC Youth League (ANCYL) sub-region has lashed out at the apparent self-staged assassination by Kenny ‘The Matrix’ Kunene and Sunday Independent editor Stephen Motale.

The Young Lions say they are shocked by the hilarious movie played by one pensioning journalist and by an attention-obsessed character.

The region believes this is a rehearsed Takalani Sesame performance aimed at discrediting Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa’s ANC presidential campaign.

The ANCYL says this movie unfortunately went wrong and adds nobody is interested in killing Motale or Kunene.

Why would a normal person want to kill Kenny out of all influential leaders in the country? We are not in a sunglasses competition.

Kenny Kunene thought politics is like the hip hop environment where surviving an attempted hit would resuscitate his dead political career.

Where in the world would a person be missed by 21 bullets? Were these hitmen paid with a garage pie and a half litre so that they can waste their time?
