Grade 12 learners in Vuwani missed their Business Economics paper on Wednesday following a total shut down in the area.

Rasila says the department has planned for the development of the learners and did not anticipate the disruptions.
We do not plan for the disruption of the schools, we plan for the development and we were not part of the planning of the protests - we did not know about them.
