[Listen] City explains delay in restoring power to JHB CBD

Residents and businesses in Johannesburg have been affected by last week's cable theft in the CBD, leading to another power outage.

City Power says it will restore electricity by Tuesday evening.

Johannesburg City spokesperson Sol Masolo explains why there has been a delay.
