EWN EXCLUSIVE: Internal report slams Eskom board's inaction over 'tainted' execs
Eskom’s board has been accused of failing to act decisively against suspect senior executives in an internal report.
EWN has revealed that a report compiled by board spokesperson Khulani Qoma warns Eskom that it oozes corporate arrogance.
Qoma handed the internal report to the Eskom board in June, reports EWN's Gia Nicolaides.
In the report, Qoma urges the power utility to keep Brian Molefe, Anoj Singh and Matshela Koko far away from it.
Qoma says 'I have personally not known a single credible effort to debunk [accusation of state capture]'.Gia Nicolaides, EWN reporter
The spokesperson slams the utility for failing to act against senior executives associated with the controversial Gupta family.
It's understood that after the document was submitted, the board tried and failed to dismiss Qoma.
Qoma also put forward a number of suggestion for how the power utility can regain public trust.
