3PE founder turned passion for cars into budding auto repair business

3PE Autobody is one of 20 finalists in 2017 Sage Small Business Awards with 702.

3PE specialises in scratch, dent and major vehicle accident repairs and are also equipped to spray-paint cars.

The auto body repair specialists is based in Randburg and was born when founder Solly Letsoalo bought himself an invoice book with a mere R20.

He started by polishing two cars at a local Gauteng dealership and now Letsoalo works with a staff compliment of 25 employees.

I started the company and at some point I was actually doing the work myself. These days I get the opportunity to sit in a cosy office.

I was an IT professional and I quit my job to be an entrepreneur.

I raised money with polishing cars and grabbed the opportunity. Everything grew from there.
