Aerobuddies crowned #702SBA 2017 winner
AeroBuddies founded by Joe Phalwane has just been named the 2017 Sage Small Business Awards with 702 winner.
AeroBuddies is an incredible fun filled active place that inspires kids of all grades to be passionate about science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education. STEM is the acronym for the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics.
Phalwane says their main goal is to introduce kids to STEM mainly through aeronautics and aviation using flight simulation, aeromodelling, rocketry, robotics, UAV technology (drones), intro flights and various other innovative STEM programmes through classes with hands on experience.
AeroBuddies uses the natural fascination people have for flying as a tool for education and entertainment. At AeroBuddies we say the sky is no longer your limit – we help kids break limitations and barriers towards maths and science.
Congratulations to Phalwane and Aerobuddies and all the other finalists.
