Talking about family rituals, Nikki Bush shares some examples of daily and holiday rituals that help create structure in the home.

She says family rituals are important to help foster a child's sense of identity.

We are creating shared memories, creating an emotional anchor for the family beliefs and the value system. It is kind of a togetherness exercise
