Celebrities set to entertain crowds with live comedy for charity

On Wednesday night, some of the country's most popular personalities will be performing a live comedy set for the first time at the Emperor's Palace in Johannesburg.

Comedy Central's Famous Last Words has so far seen 8 South African personalities being coached by comedians to deliver a full comedy set.

John Robbie is one of these personalities coached by Kagiso Lediga.

Stephen Grootes spoke to vice president for Comedy Central, Dillon Khan to find out more about the event.

It's been great to be able to highlight what comics do and to be able to raise some awareness around the Smile Foundation as well.
