People urged to stay indoors as massive storm hits KZN

Chaotic scenes have emerged amidst a massive storm in parts of Kwazulu-Natal.

The eThekwini Municipality has urged residents to stay indoors until storm subsides.

EWN's Ziyanda Ngcobo brings an update on #DurbanStorm:

Eyewitness News reporter Ziyanda Ngcobo says it appears most of the Southern parts of the province have been affected, particularly on the N2 South bound.

One has seen on the RTM's twitter account that the King Edward Hospital in Durban has also been affected and the building has been damaged.

It is basically quite a chaotic scene at this stage, especially on Kwzulu-Natal's roads.
