How to deal with changing weather while training

The weather affects us when we want to work out and we all know that when it rains, it pours. Monitoring weather before training is crucial for safety reasons. So what do you do when the weather changes while you are exercising?

David Katz, also known as Mr Active looks at some precautions to take before training and exercising.

Well look the first thing is be prepared. If you're going out and you know you're going to be out long. If you're about to go out and you see the weather, just have a look at the forecast.
