Bafana Bafana midfielder Delron Buckley is using his book 'My Life' to bring awareness around mental health in sportsmen and sportswomen in South Africa.

Buckley tells #WeekendBreakfast host Africa Melane about his journey battling depression. It all started in Germany and got worse after he was told he was too old to play soccer.

A lot of athletes go through a lot of difficulties and obstacles they have to face.
