African National Congress Chief Whip Jackson Mthembu has continued to throw his weight behind Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa and says branches will not allow anyone to "jump the ANC leadership que" to be President .
In a series of tweets at the weekend suggested one will need to pay their dues as a deputy before occupying the top leadership position.
