The Federation of Unions of South Africa (Fedusa) says it's disappointed in President Jacob Zuma, describing his latest change to Cabinet as a self-centered move.
The President announced the changes to his Cabinet on Tuesday, axing Blade Nzimande as Minister of Higher Education and Training.
The union has made repeated calls for the President to step down from his position.
Fedusa's General Secretary Dennis George says the President has undermined business and labor.
We worked very well together as team South Africa until he came and reshuffled the cabinet, removed Jonas and Pravin Gordhan to appoint other people.— Dennis George, Fedusa General Secretary
We are extremely disappointed in President Zuma for his self-centeredness and the fact that he is so greedy for his own family and his connected groups to benefit before the nation.— Dennis George, Fedusa General Secretary
Workers are fed up with this government, if there was an election tomorrow, this president would have been booted out of office immediately.— Dennis George, Fedusa General Secretary
