Caller on Eusebius McKaiser says a war is being waged against Zuma

702 Caller Ayanda says the latest front page story in the Sunday Times is part of a war that is being waged against President Jacob Zuma.

On Sunday, the presidency responded to reports that Zuma received R1 million a month from a security company without declaring it to the South African Revenue Service.

The allegations are made in a new book, the President's Keeper, by veteran investigative journalist Jacques Pauw.

The report claims Zuma failed to submit tax returns for the first five years of his presidency.

Ayanda has dismissed reports surrounding the President and says says he is too busy running the country and can't possibly have time to engage in the claims lodged against him.

It was the Gupta's, then Putin and now gangsters. How possible is it that this is thing is real, how possible is it that this is not a conflation of issues?

Ayanda, 702 caller

I am skeptical and think that there is a war that is being waged against President Jacob Zuma and white people are pulling all angles.

Ayanda, 702 caller

There is news of the ANC government working everywhere. I am not saying they are perfect but the ANC government is delivering.
