An app to help body corporates stick to the rules and regs

The ProjectLab has created a specialised service which will help bodies corporate and trustees to make provision for long-term maintenance of the properties as required by law.

According to the amendment to the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act of 2011, which came into force in 2016, a 10-year maintenance plan is compulsory.

The private app allows us to maintain our efficiency. We have turned to technology to help us get the plans out as swiftly as possible, to meet the deadlines from the ombudsmen and get the plans in place as quickly as possible.
