An app to help body corporates stick to the rules and regs

The ProjectLab has created a specialised service which will help bodies corporate and trustees to make provision for long-term maintenance of the properties as required by law.

According to the amendment to the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act of 2011, which came into force in 2016, a 10-year maintenance plan is compulsory.

Director at ProjectLab, John Croad speaks to CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies about what their service entails.

John Croad, Director at ProjectLab
