Formed in 2013, Stone Jets have quickly gained momentum on the South African music scene, gaining fans from across the country with their fresh, unique brand of feel-good sound.

CokeTop40CT host Carl Wastie spun their latest single, I Can’t Live Without You and even got the band to do a song on-the-spot for the matrics who are writing their final exams.

Carl met the members of the band (Given and Manfred) a few years ago. Little did he know that they would become such a huge musical sensation.

Given: We meet at a studio when I was writing a song and I wanted to record it because of heartbreak. After that Manfred was like, ‘Yoh dude, I need something to do.’

Manfred: I just showed up in studio and BAM, we have a band
