Three train carriages were on fire near Century City, Cape Town on the Monte Vista line.
EWN reports that Fire and Rescue’s Theo Layne said: “No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire is undetermined at this stage.”
Metrorail announced that the Monte Vista line was temporarily suspended due to a fire incident near Century City.
