How far would you go to prove you are innocent of infidelity in a relationship?

702/CapeTalk’s Redi Thlabi received the email below:

Please keep me anonymous.

My husband wants me to go for a lie detector test to establish if I'm telling the truth or not. Last year a group of girlfriends and I went on a weekend away, we met a group of guys who were also on a weekend away.

My two single girlfriends hooked up with two of the guys from the group while the rest of us just chilled and hung out, innocently so.

Fast forward a year later (which was last week); my husband went through my phone and saw conversations between my friends, those two single friends giving us details of what they got up to etc. photos of all of us posing together as a group and stuff.

He has come to the conclusion that all five of us hooked up with a guy from the group of guys, as in "ne re fasitse kaofela".

He now wants me to go for a lie detector test, PLEASE ASK YOUR LISTENERS IF ANY OF THEM HAVE BEEN FOR ONE, AND HOW ACCURATE ARE THEY?

IS HE BEING UNREASONABLE FOR ASKING THIS OF ME? I THINK ITS RIDICULOUS CAUSE I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG?

Frustrated anonymous...

Andrew in Soweto shared his experiences with a lie detector test. The company he works for made him go for a lie detector test after a cellphone went missing. Andrew says it is not accurate.

Makhosini in Fourways thinks a lie detector test is not a solution. It seems the husband has already made up his mind about what happened at the weekend away.
