The perfect, practical Christmas present

I thought we should look at food items that won't dent your pocket says Author of Eat- Ting Anna Trapido.

Obviously, everybody’s price point is different.

Trapido adds that the Hartbeespoort Animal Welfare Society (HAWS), have produced a virtual recipe book for pets.

If you send them R50, they will email you a copy of that recipe book.

Trapido says that for less than a R100, you can get traditional herbal tea that’s beautifully package. She adds that Setšong indigenous teas work in collaboration with a rural women’s cooperative in Sekhukhune, Limpopo.

This is a group of young women in Limpopo who have gone to see older women in Limpopo and asked them about traditional tea.

The tea is made from indigenous plants that are infused to consume for health or pleasure says Trapido.
