702 Truck of Love with Spar visits Kagiso

Kgoro Organisation was initiated by Molefe Motitsoe and Nteboheng Konopi just over 8 years ago with a vision to revitalise and sensitise communities to the needs of old people.

They do very good work for a vulnerable part of society.

Gugs Mhlungu, 702 Presenter

They alleviate poverty by giving nutritional support to about 250 elderly but also help with education, social and health services.

People who are in frail-care and unable to leave, they go give them a warm bath, clean their houses, make sure their blood pressure is ok... and if they need any assistance from Social Development or Department of Health they make sure they get that.

Gugu Mhlungu., 702 Presenter

Today when we arrived they were busy with their fitness and health programme ensuring they keep fit and stay healthy!
