Bheki Ntshalintshali: Zuma won’t present Sona 2018

Bheki Ntshalintshali, Cosatu's general secretary, says the trade union federation doesn’t want President Jacob Zuma to deliver the State of the Nation Address in 2018.

We think Jacob Zuma will not be the person to address the state in 2018, it’s simple as that to us. The president has lost his moral ground, he can’t be the future of the ANC and the country. The ANC has to remove him.

Bheki Ntshalintshali, Cosatu's general secretary

Ntshalintshali says the ANC have to choose whether they want Jacob Zuma or to lose power. He added that today’s state of capture judgment was expected.

Judge President Dunstan Mlambo said none of the grounds of review of former Public Protector Thuli Madonsela's State of Capture report have any merit and the president is not entitled to the review he seeks.

Zuma had applied to the High Court for the State of Capture report to be reviewed and set aside.
